The earth saves excess rain water beneath the surface as the ground water storage. The ground water is a natural gift to the mankind. But the ground water being pumped out in larger quantities than the natural replenish ment so. Day by day the ground water level goes down stage by stage and the situation is alarming. The depletion of ground water in some areas causing natural disasters like earth quakes, spreading of epidemics and destabilizing human resources.
